To ensure a smooth process and to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome, I have established some policy rules. Please read these policies carefully before scheduling an appointment. We aim to start on time, so please arrive on time for your appointment (up to 5 minutes early is perfect!). If you find yourself running a bit behind, no worries! Just give me a heads-up in advance. However, please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, there will be a €10 fee applied.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice. You get one free pass! If you notify me at least 48 hours in advance, I’ll happily accommodate without any charges. .
However, if it happens for the second time, a new deposit will be required to secure your booking.
To ensure you have a fabulous lash experience, I kindly request that you arrive at your appointment with clean and oil-free eyes and lashes. Please avoid using mascara, eye makeup, or any oil-based products before your visit. In addition, I will not fill in another lash technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance. Costs can be charged for removing and / or cleaning eyelashes

For your lash extensions, I kindly request cash payments. Unfortunately, I do not accept Tikkie or payment requests at the moment.
Due to limited space, it is unfortunately not possible to bring an additional person with you to your appointment.
For a seamless infill experience, I kindly request that you have at least 40% of your lashes remaining. If you’re unsure about your refill eligibility, feel free to send me a message with a clear photo of your current set viewed from the top.
If you notice anything within the first 24 hours after your appointment, don’t worry, I’m still here for you! However, there may be a small fee as it’s likely related to aftercare.
Customers who ended up on this list have an open payment standing due to an appointment being canceled too late or did not show up.
To make a new appointment the customer must still pay the open amount.
If there’s no available slot in my schedule, feel free to send me a message. I’ll do my best to arrange a special squeeze-in appointment for you.
Please note that a small surcharge of €15 (existing clients) or €20 (new clients) will apply for this extra effort, but I’m happy to do it for you!”
I value hygiene and ensure all my materials are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each use. My workspace is regularly cleaned and disinfected to provide a clean and safe environment for all my clients.

To ensure your lash extensions last as long as possible and look their best, I’ll provide you with aftercare instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to maintain the best results..
While I use high-quality products, some clients may still experience allergic reactions. If you notice any allergic reactions, please contact me immediately so that I can take appropriate steps.
Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds on eyelash extension treatments. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact me as soon as possible, so we can find a suitable solution.
